About
Get mentioned by AI. Get discovered by buyers.
AltHunt is where a software maker publishes an alternative page: a comparison of their product against one named competitor. The page is written so a buyer searching that competitor, and an AI answer engine asked the same question, can find a direct answer, a feature table, the pricing, and a way to switch.
A published page can also join the weekly board. The week runs Monday to Sunday. Readers vote, and those votes decide the ranking for that week only. When the week ends the page stays at the same URL. The board is the launch moment. The page is the part that keeps working.
What it costs
- Free is $0 forever: one comparison page, an AI draft, and one edit after you publish.
- Pro is $19, paid once: up to 2 alternative pages, unlimited edits, and the AltHunt badge can come off.
- Growth is $49, paid once: everything in Pro, up to 5 pages, for more than one competitor.
None of the plans is a subscription. The full list is on the pricing page.
Who writes the pages
Makers write their own comparisons. AltHunt can draft a starting point. The maker reviews it before anything goes live, and they are responsible for the claims. A competitor can suggest a correction on the page. Guides on this site are written by Mohamed Farhan.
