1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Alt Hunt ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Alt Hunt provides SaaS makers, founders, and marketing teams with structured alternative pages, feature matrix generators, and buyer comparison tools. Our platform enables users to generate, edit, and publish honest comparison pages against market incumbents to optimize search engine (SEO) and AI answer engine (GEO) discovery.

3. Plans & Usage Limits

• Free Tier: Free accounts are subject to platform usage limits, including a maximum of 1 comparison page per product, 2 images (under 2MB size limit), 1 video embed, 1 code snippet block, 1 custom CTA block, and 1 post-publish edit limit.
• Pro Plan Status: The Pro Plan ($19/month) is currently designated as Coming Soon. Features advertised under the Pro Plan (including 10 alternative pages, multi-language translation, and unlimited edits) will be accessible upon official Pro tier release.

4. Community Discussion & House Rules

Alt Hunt features open community discussion threads on comparison pages. All users agree to adhere to our community guidelines:

• No Link Spamming: HTML hyperlinks are disabled in comments. All pasted URLs are rendered as plain un-clickable text. Posting SEO link spam or backlink farming is strictly prohibited.
• Automated Spam Filtering: Comments containing repetitive text, prohibited spam keywords, or excessive URL strings will be automatically flagged and hidden from public view.
• Constructive Feedback: Critique the product, never the person. Harassment, hate speech, or defamatory claims will result in immediate comment removal and account termination.

5. Content Accuracy & AI Generation Disclaimer

Alt Hunt offers AI-assisted draft generation to assist makers. Makers are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and publishing accurate feature and pricing claims. Competitor comparison data must remain factual, objective, and compliant with fair use standards.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or remove published comparison pages that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviors, or infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
